EXTERIOR
Preparation
For exterior painting or staining, the structure is inspected to ensure the surface being painted is in good condition. Any trouble areas will be addressed and corrected. The surface will be properly prepped (including puttying, patching, sanding , caulking, and priming, as needed) prior to the first coat.
For exterior power washing, the structure will be inspected, then gently washed to rinse away dirt and mildew. Care will be taken to not damage the siding or finish.
